Medical Checkup & Appointment Guide

Guide for outpatients


1. Appointment International patients can make an appointment through the International Medical Center.
If you require language service, please reserve in advance. For residents in Korea, language services are an additional charge.
2. Registration Once you arrive, you should check-in and complete patient registration.
* Where: At the counter for International Patients, Level 1
* Things to bring: Your passport and ID, Patient Contract, Consent Form for Personal Information Collection (You can fill out form on-site), Medical History, Examination Records (if any)
* Please inform us if you have any private insurance coverage.
3. Check-up and Examination You will see your doctor for a check-up.
You will be guided to a test unit and take the necessary examinations if any tests are required.
4. Payment After the check-up, you should go back to the Level 1 to check out at the counter for International Patients, where you can also receive your prescription. Payments are accepted in cash (KRW or USD) or by credit card. Online remittance is available also.
5. Returning Home Regarding a follow-up visit, please make an appointment before you leave.
