Admission time Weekday : AM 8:00 ~ PM 17:30 Admission on the day 1) First, submit the Hospitalization Agreement and photo ID to the Admission and Discharge desk on the 1st floor 2) Next, visit your ward. At the nurse station, you will receive complete information about your stay. Admission preplanning 1) Once sign-off is completed for all admission procedures at the Admission desk, you may go home. 2) On the day of admission, submit Hospitalization Agreement and your photo ID to the Admission desk on the 1st floor 3) Finally, make your way to the ward's nurse station to receive further guidance.br> |
