• Our 36 doctors are reputed to be the best specialists in Korea, and all were previously university professors.
          They consist of 28 ophthalmologists, three physicians, two anesthesiologists, three fellows.
• Internal medicine specialists and anesthesiologists perform a thorough preoperative examination.

• Designated as an Excellent Medical Institution for Attracting Foreign Patients for the first time in Korea

  Korean Accreditation Program for Hospitals Serving Foreign Patients is a program directly certified by the Korean government every two years, evaluating specialized services and patient safety systems for foreign patients. For the first time in August 2017, only four hospitals in Korea achieved certification marks, and HanGil Eye Hospital succeeded in being certified twice, consecutively in 2017 and 2019.

• Selected as the first hospital for National Accreditation Standards in Healthcare Services Institution certified by The Ministry of Health and Welfare

  National Accreditation Standards in Healthcare Services Institution' is a system in which the Ministry of Health and Welfare evaluates the safety of patients and the quality of medical services of medical institutions and provides certification if the standards are met.
  HanGil Eye Hospital was the first to acquire certification among 2,200 hospital-level medical institutions nationwide in June 2011 and then obtained the 2nd certification in 2015 and the 3rd certification in 2019.

• Designated as the only Ophthalmology Hospital in Incheon

  A Specialized Hospital is a hospital set by the Ministry of Health and Welfare to perform high-level medical treatments for specific medical subjects and diseases.
  HanGil Eye Hospital was designated as the only ophthalmology hospital in Incheon in the 1st quarter of 2011, 2nd in 2015, and 3rd in 2018.
