Document Issuance Guide

According to Korean Medical Law (Medical Service Act Article 21), the patient or their guardian must visit the hospital in person. They must bring with them the required documents to request a copy of the Medical Records.

* Documents other than the English medical certificate can only be issued in Korean.
* Issued on the same day: Medical certificate, Doctors Opinion, Certificate of Admission and Discharge, Referral, Certificate of Assisting devices prescription and inspection, Application for approval of Extension of paydays
* All other documents will be issued the next day.
* Inpatients can speed up the process if they apply for certificates upon discharge.
