  1:1 Customized Service for International Patients A coordinator who can fluently speak the required language is appointed to take care of individual patients from when they enter Korea until they leave—creating a stress-free experience.

  International Lounge The lounge is reserved for patients to rest undisturbed. It contains large lockers to accommodate luggage and other personal effects, plus a fitting room.

  International TV Programs Foreign-language TV programs are available in the ward and lounge for international patients.
